Who we are
Vantoralis Northstar LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Vantoralis Global”, “we”, “us”) develops and publishes mobile games and apps for Android and iOS. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at privacy@vantoralisglobal.com or by post at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
Scope
This policy applies to every game and app we publish on Google Play and the App Store (the “Apps”), to vantoralisglobal.com (the “Website”) and to communications with us. Some Apps may show an additional, app-specific notice; where they do, that notice applies together with this policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Messages you send us by email, in-app support or the contact form on the Website (for example your name, email address, company and message).
- Job applications you send us (CV, contact details and anything else you choose to include).
Information collected automatically in our Apps
Our Apps do not require an account. When you use them, we and our partners may automatically collect:
- Device identifiers — the advertising ID (Google Advertising ID on Android; IDFA on iOS only if you allow tracking), the app-set ID or IDFV, and installation IDs.
- Device and network information — device model, operating system and version, language, time zone, screen size, mobile carrier, connection type and IP address.
- Approximate location — country or city derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
- Usage information — sessions, levels, in-app events, ad impressions and clicks, and in-app purchase records (payment details are handled by Google or Apple; we never receive your card number).
- Diagnostics — crash reports and performance data.
Information from partners
Attribution and advertising partners may tell us which campaign led to an install and provide aggregated measurement and fraud-prevention signals.
Website
The Website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to deliver and secure the Website.
Device permissions
Some Apps ask for permissions such as the camera or photo library (for example, to scan a document). This content is processed on your device to provide the feature and is not uploaded to us unless the App clearly tells you otherwise. You can withdraw a permission at any time in your device settings.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve our Apps, including saving progress and fixing bugs.
- To show advertising that keeps our Apps free — personalized where you have allowed it, otherwise non-personalized.
- To measure performance, understand how features are used and run A/B tests.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, cheating and security incidents.
- To respond to your messages, support requests and job applications.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the App you chose to use), legitimate interests (security, analytics, non-personalized advertising, improving our products), consent (personalized advertising and similar processing that requires it) and legal obligations.
Advertising & third-party SDKs
Our Apps are free and supported by advertising. We work with the advertising, mediation, attribution and analytics partners below. Each partner collects and uses data under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to read. Partners may use your advertising ID, IP address and device information to deliver, cap, measure and personalize ads and to prevent fraud.
Your choices & consent
- Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland). Before any personalized advertising, our Apps ask for your consent through a consent management platform certified under the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework. You can change your choice at any time from the App’s privacy settings.
- US state privacy rights. Where applicable, our Apps offer a way to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising.
- iOS App Tracking Transparency. On iOS we access the IDFA only if you allow tracking. You can change this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Reset or delete your advertising ID. On Android go to Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads) to reset or delete it. Without an advertising ID you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized.
- Industry opt-outs. You can also use YourAdChoices or Your Online Choices.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only with:
- Service providers that host, analyze, support or secure our services (for example cloud hosting, email delivery and crash reporting), under contracts that limit their use of the data.
- Advertising and measurement partners listed above. Under some US state laws, sharing data for targeted advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing”; you can opt out as described in Your choices & consent.
- Authorities when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users, our company or others.
- A successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
International transfers
We are a company registered in the United States, and our team, service providers and partners operate worldwide, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. As a guide: support and contact messages for up to 24 months after the conversation ends; job applications for up to 12 months unless you agree to a longer period; analytics and crash data according to our partners’ retention settings (typically up to 14 months). We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond quickly to any incident.
Children’s privacy
Our Apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country, such as 16 in parts of the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If an App is designed for children or families, it follows the applicable rules (including COPPA and Google Play’s Families Policy): personalized advertising is disabled and only certified ad SDKs are used. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact privacy@vantoralisglobal.com and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- correct inaccurate data or have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing and personalized advertising;
- withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing before the withdrawal);
- opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising (US state laws);
- not be discriminated against for exercising your rights;
- lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Users in Vietnam also have the rights provided by Vietnamese personal data protection law.
To exercise these rights, email privacy@vantoralisglobal.com. We may need to verify your request — for apps without accounts, we usually ask for the app name and your device’s advertising ID or installation ID. We respond within the time required by law (typically 30 days).
Data deletion requests
You can ask us to delete the personal data associated with your use of our Apps at any time:
- Email privacy@vantoralisglobal.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- Include the name of the App and, if possible, your device’s advertising ID or installation ID (shown in the App’s privacy or settings screen where available) so we can find your data.
- We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days, and ask our service providers and partners to do the same where applicable.
You can also reset or delete your advertising ID (see Your choices & consent) and uninstall the App. We may keep limited information when the law requires it, for example records of transactions, or to prevent fraud.
Job applicants
If you apply for a job, we use your application only to evaluate you for current and future roles and to communicate with you. Applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, give additional notice in our Apps where appropriate.
